Cutchogue is a hamlet in the town of Southold. Cutchogue’s history is reflected in its modern charm. Avid sailor Albert Einstein loved Cutchogue’s waters and rented a cottage there in the summers. Einstein signed the historic July 15 letter to President Roosevelt at that cottage.
